Our role here at Diamond Service is to look after the accommodation
you have booked for your holiday.

& quote your accommodations
booking reference number to arrange your arrival time. This Must Be
Arranged At Least 72 hrs Before Arrival.
All accommodations we look after permit us to hand out keys to each
accommodation after 4pm on arrival day
& to be returned by 09.30am on departure day, we would advise you
make your travel arrangements to coincide with this
Unfortunately there is no secure place available for any luggage to be stored
However we can use the internet room but please be aware this is done
so at your own risk as it is open for guests to use. Thank you
Please note our office
closes at 6pm for main arrival days in the main season, For all
persons that may be arriving later that this we can make special
arrangements when you call.
We look forward to hearing from you to arrange your check in time.
Anyone who does not arrange an arrival time before arrival day could
wait a considerable time for one of our team to be able to check you
in so please call us in advance to arrange your time.

arrival ONLY park in a non reserved parking bay, any bay that is
marked RESERVED must not be parked in as wheel clamping is in
operation.

Arrivals after 6pm may carry a extra charge of up to £10.00 before
10pm & £25.00 between 10pm & midnight.
